Na rečnom ostrvu reke Save u samom Beogradu održavaju se jedne od najatraktivnih plivačkih maratona na otvorenim vodama u Srbiji. Zajednički start za tri trke je jedinstveni događaj za sve ljubiteje sporta i plivanja. Pored atraktivne lokacije maratoni na Adi Međici su i sportski izazovi pošto su to jedine trke na otvorenim vodama gde se u jednom delu pliva uzvodno rekom Savom. Pliva se oko ostrva Ada Međica. Maratoni su održavaju u okviru Saveza za daljinsko i master plivanje Srbije.
One of the most attractive open water swimming marathons in Serbia is being held on the river island of the Sava River in Belgrade itself. The joint start for three races is a unique event for all lovers of sports and swimming. In addition to the attractive location, the marathons on Ada Međica are also sporting challenges, as they are the only open water races where one part of the river Sava is swum upstream. They swim around the island of Ada Međica. The marathons are held within the Association for Long-distance and Master Swimming of Serbia.
